How payments, your balance and refunds work.

1. Failed work costs nothing
You are charged only for images that succeed. If an image fails or is blocked, the amount reserved for it returns to your balance automatically. A shot that fails our quality check can be retried once for free.
2. Crypto payments
Payments are made in cryptocurrency through OxaPay and are final on the blockchain. If you underpay, the invoice stays open until it expires; if you overpay, the extra is added to your balance at its US dollar value.
3. Refunds
Because crypto payments can't be reversed by us, refunds are given as balance. If a technical problem on our side prevented you from using a plan, contact us within 14 days and we will add balance or extend your plan.
