Terms of Service

1. The service

Story Canvas Pro turns scripts into storyboards: it splits a script into shots and generates one image per shot using AI models. Features may change as we improve the product; we will tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what you paid for.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and provide a valid email address. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password safe. One person per account; do not share sign-in details.

3. Plans and balance

Plans are prepaid for 30 days and add their price to your balance in US dollars, usable until the date shown on your Balance page; top-ups do not expire. The price of an action is reserved when you start a job and charged only for images that succeed; failed or blocked images return what was reserved. Your balance is prepaid use of the service, not a deposit: it has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and is not refunded except as set out in the Refund Policy.

Every price is shown in the app before you confirm, including the price of the image model you choose for a project. Payments are processed in cryptocurrency by OxaPay; balance is added only after the payment is confirmed. Your Balance page shows a monthly statement of what you paid and what you used.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the scripts and images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including any people shown in reference images.

Subject to these terms and the law, you may use the images generated for your projects for any lawful purpose. AI output may resemble existing works; you are responsible for checking it before commercial use.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We automatically check uploads and prompts and may block content, suspend accounts or report illegal material to authorities.

6. Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend accounts that break these terms; you will see the reason and can appeal. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; after a grace period your data is permanently removed.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes and contact
